Anyone who lives, works or studies in Luton can join Luton Libraries for free. Members may borrow up to 15 items, get free computer use and access to a wide range of online services.

To join, complete the online joining form and make a note of your unique joiner's code. Bring this and some formal identification (for example, a bank card, passport, utility bill or bank statement less than 3 months old) to any library branch. If you prefer, a member of our team will complete the form for you when you visit.

Terms and Conditions

Luton Libraries is part of The Library Consortium, a group of 21 Library Authorities across London, the South-East, and the East of England.
